How much will I pay for lodgements?
Quidos members who pay via Direct Debit can lodge through iQ-Energy for just  £3.50 per EPC, or £4.50 for all others.

Members may also take advantage of our pre-pay credit option, for just £3.25 per EPC.

I am not a Quidos accredited energy assessor, can I use iQ-Energy?
No. iQ-Energy is only available to members of the Quidos Accreditation Scheme.

How do I join Quidos?
To join Quidos Accreditation, please click here to complete your online application.

Standard membership is just £4 per month, billed alongside your lodgement and Landmark fees. The minimum membership term is 12 month, so your total minimum outlay is just £48.

Quidos also offers Silver and Gold membership packages for those who lodge higher volumes of EPCs each month. For more information please click here to find the best membership package for you.

What if I don't want to use iQ-Energy?
Quidos will continue to offer it's members alternatives to iQ-Energy which include Quest, PS Energy and Property Tectonics.

How do I get support for iQ-Energy?
Just like our other software solutions iQ-Energy is supported through our web based ticket system at http://www.quidos.co.uk/qas_support/

Tickets are answered regularly, but if your query is urgent, or you prefer to talk to a member of our Technical Support team, then call 01225 326895. It may not always be quicker to call in, as live support resources are limited.
